Moving Ahead

During the month of December general contractor Gray Purcell completed the work below to move the precedent setting Mississippi Avenue Lofts closer to the completion!

Set the transformer vault and secondary metering conduit

Installed piping for Stormwater management and retail tenant Pastaworks

Continued to place rebar, set forms and pour 1st floor walls

Excavated, placed rebar, set forms and poured footings for elevator and north stair tower

Began installation of structural steel (red iron) for the 2nd floor slab

Set forms and placed rebar to prepare for slab on grade

Poured 7500 sq ft of 1st floor slab on grade

Looking Forward

As we return the day after Christmas and head into the New Year Gray Purcell will be completing the 1st floor walls, slab on grade, installing structural steel columns, wide flange beams, setting shoring and beginning to pour the 2nd floor slab.
